I live a ignorantly bliss life so its not a surprise I had no idea about the incident u mention. But I did find your appraoch to the problems life sometimes randomly places in front of you. Personally I agree with your stand on communication and that you are not putting your views out as the only possible one. Communication has always been a sensitive thing not only for corporations with trade secrets or financials to protect but also on a people to people level. Its rather a personal choice, some people like me would love to talk anything and everything even to a stranger. Its a rush, I feel almost addicted to it for long I used think that this is how things should be done and no other way. I was wrong it took me a while to realise just as much I had every right to choose to do things my way someone else also had an equal right say to do the exact opposite thing. Wait I think I have lost myself in this all of this blabbering.. I got to run late for work so I am not even checking what I wrote. I appologise for the lack of pause and stops and the possible spelling mistakes. (PS I am a Virgin blogger)

Is this what they asked you to take down?

"Look at all these other fringe "benefits": on-site doctor, on-site dentist, on-site car washes... the list goes on and on with one similarity: every "benefit" is on-site so you never leave work. (...)

Google definitely has a program that is on par with other companies in the industry; but since when does a company like Google settle for being on par? Microsoft's health care benefits shame Google's relatively meager offering. (...)

Lastly, Google demands employees that are 90th percentile material, so what's with the 50th percentile compensation? The packages would've been decent when the company was pre-IPO, but let's be honest here... a stock option with a strike price of $188 just doesn't have the same value as the ones of yesteryear."

They did torture you in the Googleplex dungeon, didn't they? It all started when the Wachowski brothers visited Google and introduced Brin and Page to the fine art of SM. Later that day Google's motto "don't be evil" left the building. ;-)
